Create your account here. You will receive an email verification after signing up.

How do I verify my email?

After registering your account, you should receive an automated email verification message in your inbox. You can also trigger a verification email by clicking Verify Email on the Account tab of the Settings page.

If you don’t see a verification email first check your spam folder, then check that you don’t have a typo in your email. If you're still having trouble getting verified, then please contact us at support@aidungeon.io for help.

Help! I can’t access my subscription!

Managing your subscription is ultimately your responsibility, but we’re here to help! We offer subscriptions and purchases through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Stripe.

Google and Apple subscriptions must be managed through those platforms — unfortunately there’s not a lot we can do to help there. Stripe subscriptions can be managed by visiting “Premium” in the left hand side menu. If you’ve tried logging into Stripe and still cannot access your subscription, then please contact support@aidungeon.io and we'll return your message as soon as possible.

Why did my account get banned?

If you were banned and unclear on why that happened, then please contact support@aidungeon.io for more information. Share any relevant details such as the date/time of the ban and anything else that you think could be helpful.

Can you help me cancel my membership or get a refund?

You can change or cancel your membership by clicking on the membership link (Adventurer, Hero, Legend, Wanderer) under your profile image in the sidebar menu of the AI Dungeon app or website.

You can also find this under Settings > Account > Membership.

Why isn’t the app working?

The first thing to check is that you have the latest version of the app. Do this by refreshing if you’re on the web, or clicking “update” in the app sidebar.

If the issue persists then you can check our Discord and feedback board to see if other users are experiencing the same thing. If you don’t see anything then please add a bug report to the feedback board.

Other step to try troubleshooting can include:

  • Updating the app in the app store
  • Uninstalling & reinstalling the app
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Trying on another browser or device

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to Settings > Account > Reset Password. This will log you into Voyage Settings where you can reset your password.

Click here if have forgotten your password. Please check your Spam folder (or Social, Forum, or other auto-sorted folders in your inbox) if you don’t receive the email after a couple of minutes.

If you are experiencing problems with 3rd party authorization (Google, Apple, Discord, and/or Steam logins), you can use the “Forgot Password?” functionality above to create a new password associated with your account email address.

Steam Login

Thank you for playing AI Dungeon through Steam! We recently updated our Authentication process, which requires you to set a password

While your steam account will still be linked with your AI Dungeon account, you will need to login with your email + password moving forward.

If you don’t know which email your account is connected to, please reach out to us at support@aidungeon.io.

Why can’t I log in using my username?

In the past, AI Dungeon players were able to log in using their usernames and password. This is no longer supported using the current authentication system.

Going forward, players will need to log in with their email and password associated with the account.

If you have forgotten which email you used to log in, please contact our support team at support@aidungeon.io.

I don’t know what email is associated with my account

If you’ve used a username to log into AI Dungeon in the past, you may not know which email you used when creating your account.

If you need help figuring out what email is tied to your account so that you can log in, please reach out to our support team at support@aidungeon.io.

Our team will be able to look up your email address and help you get logged in.

Can I play AI Dungeon for free?
