How do I verify my email?

After registering your account, you should receive an automated AI Dungeon email verification message in your inbox. If you don’t see a verification email, first check your spam folder (or other auto-sorted folders in your inbox), then check your AI Dungeon Account Settings and make sure you don’t have a typo in your email. If you're still having trouble getting verified, please contact us at support@aidungeon.com.

Help! I can’t access my subscription!

AI Dungeon subscriptions and purchases are offered through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Stripe.

Google and Apple subscriptions must be managed through those platforms. Stripe subscriptions can be managed through play.aidungeon.com/pricing. If you’ve tried this and still cannot access your subscription, please contact support@aidungeon.com and we'll provide help as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my membership or get a refund?

Alternatively, if you’re already logged in to AI Dungeon, click or tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, then select the membership status (Adventurer, Champion, Legend, Mythic) under your username, or choose Settings → Membership. From there, you can change or manage (cancel) your existing plan.

If you’re having trouble with a cancelation or need help with a refund, please reach out to support@aidungeon.com.

How do I change my password?

Alternatively, if you are already logged in to AI Dungeon, click or tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Settings → Change Password.

Please check your spam folder (or other auto-sorted folders in your inbox) if you don’t receive the email after a couple of minutes.

If you are experiencing problems with third-party authorization (Google or Apple logins), use the same “Forgot Password” link as above to create a new password associated with your AI Dungeon account email address.

Why can’t I log in using my username?

In the past, AI Dungeon players could log in with their username and password. This is no longer supported with our current authentication system.

Going forward, players need to log in with the email address and password associated with their AI Dungeon account.

If you have forgotten which email you used to set up your account, please contact our support team at support@aidungeon.com.

I don’t know what email is associated with my account.

If you need help figuring out the email associated with your AI Dungeon account, please reach out to our support team at support@aidungeon.com. They will be able to look up your account’s email address and help you get logged in.

Why did my account get banned?

If your account was banned and you are unclear about why that happened, please contact support@aidungeon.com. Include any relevant details, such as the date and time of the ban, and share other helpful information.

Why isn’t the app working?

Try these options to get the app working:

  • Update the app in your app store
  • Uninstall & reinstall the app
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try on another browser or device

If the issue persists, please check our Discord to see if other users are experiencing the same problem. If you don’t see anything, then post to the bugs-feature-request channel with details about the issue.

Can I play AI Dungeon for free?

Yes, AI Dungeon is a free-to-play game, no matter what device you're playing on! Your free account grants you access to all of AI Dungeon's basic features.

If you’re interested in additional features only available to Premium members, check out AI Dungeon subscriptions. Free trials are available.
